NEVER BUY GARMIN PRODUCT

Not by any chance I thought i would write this, but I have to. I bought Garmin vivoactive 4 for R7000 in November 2020, last year November 2021 it had a year and now it's a year and 3 months its few months after the Guarantee has elapsed, I just discovered that it is faulty pribably it has been like that before the Guarantee expires its just that i never used to have my music installed in my watch however when I try to connect to the PC I've tried different cables and all it was not working it gave an error saying usb not recorginesed and triwd doffernt PCs and Ports no luck and then i decided to send it to Garmin.

Today I got a call saying that Garmin can not fix the watch I have to pay R2600 for a new watch from them and the Guarantee is 3 months, what a nerve that is ridiculous after I have been theor customer since 2016 former vivosmart HR and they tell me this nonsense.

I don't advise anyone to buy from Garmin the are lot of better products out there, I will also copy this to twitter.

I can't spend this amount to be treated like this...
