NEVER buy a Garmin watch

My Garmin Venu 2 watch's swim tracking is faulty. The only thing Garmin has said to me is that the problem is my "inexperienced swimming technique" even though other cheaper watches track my swim perfectly. After telling them this they continued to blame me but are not then willing to admit that they have an inferior product. I have also provided photographic proof of their watches fault which they have just ignored. Ronald and Thato from customer support will only repeat themselves, refuse to put you in contact with a manager and stop responding to emails when they can't answer the questions. I'm disgusted at the Garmin product, their customer service and their attitude NEVER BUY A GARMIN NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE BATTERY LIFE IS!
