Mapshare not updating

I just purchased an inReach Mini 2. When I enable tracking, the device does sending an update every 10 minutes, and the screen shows that the message has been sent successfully. The Mapshare page however is not updating - it is a few hours behind. I tried loading the Mapshare page. The first load was fast, 40 seconds or so, but did not show any activities at all so I reloaded it. The second attempt took a few minutes to load and there were some tracks on the map but the menu never loaded, just a spinning wheel for many minutes. The third reload was again a spinning wheel for many minutes, then some tracks were shown but no menu, and the current track is still not shown though it ended about 30 minutes ago. It never loaded the menu. I gave up after 18 minutes. I see the same sympoms on various devices, operating systems, browsers. I am afraid this is not good enough. I bought a 10-minute interval satellite tracker with remote monitoring functionality, that is what I expect to receive. Anything less is simply not acceptable.
