Garmin735XT

Hello, I purchased a Garmin 735XT in March 2017. I use it on a daily basis but take good care of it. It has minimal scratches and has never trampled on or fell. I wrote to Garmin multiple times regarding the internal HR sensor not reading correctly. This problem still persists intermittently. This morning the enter/start button does not work at all. I am still able to press it down (it’s not stuck) but it doesn’t seem to register. I have rebooted the watch and taken it in to Navworld who said I must purchase a new watch! It is not possible that I pay R7000 for a watch that lasts less than 2 years and then I must purchase a new one??? If that’s the case I’ll be switching over to another brand who I know has less issues. I will not purchase another garmin product
