Garmin watch straps disappoints

I am realy disappointed with the service i revieved from Garmin.

I have been supporting them for at least 10 years. My first running watch was a garmin, when they still had foot pods.

My most recent garmin (forerunner 25) have been great, BUT the strap have broken 3-4 times already.

I have taken it in to Sportmans to send away, and then recieved back the wrong watch.

I was then sent to some orher guy in Cape Town who works on fixing Garmin straps.

This is the 4th time my strap is broke . I really dont understand how this is possible. I rinse my watch after running, and dont even swim with the Watch.

I did send Garmin a email ( they were going to reply within a day), and its been 3-4 days...

I bought the watch at the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon. I spoke to a director of the evens, and she was just as disappointed in Garmin as they are a big sponsor of the event this year.

I really do hope that Garmin can give me a reply.

I have nothing to train with now. I dont see my friends having the same problems with their Polars...
