Garmin Vivosport not durable for physical activity!

I bought a Garmin Vivosport at the 947 Cycle Challenge expo. The salesman assured me that the wristbands are interchangeable which it is not. Furthermore, he said that Garmin policy is not to have any discounts at any shops for the next 6 months. A week later it was R500 cheaper at Makro! During the Cycle Challenge a day after I bought it I had a fall from my bike and the screen cracked. This is supposed to be a sports watch and as such you would expect it to be durable. I sent it in for repairs but Garmin refuses to repair it under warranty resulting in me having to pay R1560 for the repair of the screen!! I had 2 Polar watches before and they replaced both screens without any questions asked. So NEVER buy a Garmin if you intend to do any physical activity with it! It is good to track your sleeping patterns!
