Garmin Vivo Active 5 - POOR quality!!!

I bought a Garmin Vivo Active 5 on Takealot. 3 months down the line, the face has scratched so easily and the band is of such poor quality.

This is such a poor product. I am so disgusted. I have tried to return the product for it is of such poor quality!

Takealot also such a poor service company. Such poor communication from both!!
