Garmin South Africa - ZERO service or interest in there customers.

I have been strong supporter of Garmin for the last 20 years having owned there first Garmin GPS tracks. and Zumo 550 GPS for my bikes etc. Then the Watches first the 5c Fenix which packed up and at the time they offered an exchange for the 5X which had the heart monitor so i went along. then a over a year i bought my partner a vivo HR which packed up within the 1st year. I took it in for repairs and they can not fix it, and again want me to buy another upgrade model. My view on Garmin is that their quality is now of some what cheap Chinese manufacture, 2 watches in 3 years with 100% failure rate. To any one thinking of buying a Garmin think again they are no longer quality, better move to Apple or Samsung or Suunto watches. They do not support there product, they just want to sell you another product. There products are no longer reliable and they , and by the reviews on this page they don't care to answer any of there customers. they clearly have no interest in repairing or servicing there products.
