Garmin South Africa - WORST Online Service Delivery

Worst Online Service Delivery - Smart Trainer ordered and paid for on 12 January 2023, delivery time 5 to 7 working days. Tried to get hold of Garmin to track delivery - no response from Garmin. Got hold of reception lady at Garmin Head Office in Gauteng on 27 January 2023 @ 13h25 and she promised they would get back to me - they never phoned me back Monday 30 January 2023, got hold of lady working with this account, she promised item would be delivered the same they at 17h00, again nothing, just lies Phoned on the 31 January 2023, she informed moved the blame to RTT. As a loyal Garmin support with more than one Garmin device in my household its bad that Garmin employees do not take responsibility and can lie so much to their client.
