Garmin South Africa "contact us" non existent!

For months - I have been looking for a replacement band to to Vivosmart HR; i have emailed the Garmin SA customer contact via the website x 2 and i get absolutely no reply. 1st for assistance to locate the band and ended up waiting months for any channel to advertise it. Eventually I see it on a popular online shopping site and purchase it only to find that the band is not branded by Garmin but also the product was defective in its spec as it does not align and is far too thick to be fastened on. This e commerce site is an approved reseller for Garmin but there are no replacement bands for this watch. I emailed Garmin South Africa again -still no response.

NOTE: Sales pitches are amazing but terrible after sales service. I regret ever purchasing a Garmin product.

It is shocking that companies are allowed to get away with such evidently poor service. And even after being given 2 chances they still do not respond. Hence my review on this site.
