Garmin SA Disgusting after care service!!!!

What a disappointing Company. Bought my husband a watch directly from Garmin SA as we wanted a specific one and new they would have the best variety and safest way to spend such a big amount with. Who better than Garmin SA themselves. Well what a disappointment!!!!! Spend R15 000 with them, the watch was for my husband for Christmas. When opening the heart rate monitor didn't work, I contacted them, they said I have to send the unit back on my own cost the call centre person said "It's like buying something from Pick a Pay if you unsatisfied or its broken or off, you take it back yourself". Disgusting answer, comparing a R15 000 rand watch with a R15 bread from Pick a Pay. They have no Clue!!!!! I ended up sending the watch back at my own cost, Its been a week, I haven't received ANY feedback from them regarding the watch, when I phone or email them, they just say " sorry it is still in the queue to be reviewed. I am totally disgusted by them. Don't even bother buying from them directly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you Garmin SA!!!!!!!
