Garmin SA and Garmin UK ***** your money

Bought Cyclops on line for my third Garmin but found this did not work. Contacted support was told this is a known issue and does not work (why the f*** do they sell it then!). Was told I could get a refund. Have spent the last month trying to do just that, to no avail, they say i have an email with an order number, I cant find this but have irrefutable bank proof of payment to Garmin. Was able to download the software and would not have been able to if not paid for and have Garmin generated confirmation of order, but no order number?

They will not pay me back, they have ****** my money under false pretences,
