Garmin Rocks!

My Tri heart rate monitor packed up. It was 4 years old and out of warranty. I took it in to Garmin hoping they could repair it for less than a new one would cost me (R2500). A day after dropping it off, they contacted me and told me they were replacing it at no cost. It is so pleasant to find a service provider who is willing to go the extra mile and are not out to get the last cent from every customer. Thank you Garmin South Africa!
