Garmin non exitent when your watch breaks

Baught my Garmin Vivoactive 4 Sep 2023 watch was very well looked after it started acting up took it back to Sportmans warehouse tygervalley as i have a warranty on it.They advised me a turnaround time of 2 weeks to get assesed wich is already long wait. Its been now almost a month and supposidly its still in the que to be assesed..... shocking to say the least!!!! The best part is customer service is non existent when you phone in Ive tried twice.
