Garmin is the worst

Garmin is the worst. I purchased a Forerunner 30 in March this year from Total Sports Canal Walk. From the get go my heart rate monitor was off. I would be exercising and it would read my heart rate at 60. The watch has went in for its second wristband replacement because it wack. But each time it goes in it takes over a month to get fixed. Does Garmin South Africa not have supply chain processes in place for repairs? Why would repairing a wristband take so long moreover why are your products flimsy. My watch is never in contact with water and I take it off if I fear that an activity will cause abrasions. Again I repeat Garmin is the worst. Clearly maintenance is not a priority for Garmin.
