Garmin glass cracked

I have a Garmin Forerunner 30 watch of which the glass just started cracking. The crack started small as a 5 mm crack, but has subsequently run to the length of the glass. Garmin refuses to fix this as part of the warranty and their fault. I also did not find that Cape Union Mart - The Grove assisted me at all.
