Garmin Fenix 6X Pro watch...pathetic product!

Bought new Garmin Fenix 6X Pro watch....did not even start up after charging?! Shocking for such an expensive product! Online help and suggestions pathetic....nothing works! Clearly a common issue with no clear solutions?! Why not just sort out your product before shipping?!
