Garmin Express is a pathetic system

I have an older Garmin Nuvi 310 which I use a back up garmin or my mum generally uses. I understand the unit is old however it was working perfectly fine before using the Garmin Express application. <br> The maps are old so I thought of doing an update and was told it can only be done through the Garmin Express app. After installing the app and plugging my garmin in and installing the software update, it failed and now my garmin will not switch on. Basically, after speaking to the consultant on the phone who told me my garmin is too old to use the app and that's why this happened, there's nothing I can do. I can literally throw it down the drain. <br> This is by far the worst service ever. The Garmin express app should say sorry if you bought your garmin a while ago we don't care about you and our system will damage your garmin. It should also warn you when buying a new Garmin that they will not be willing to update your softwares in a few years. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY disappointed with this!!!!!!
