GARMIN DISSATISFIED

What a very BAD experience with a product that's slogan is: BUILT TO LAST. BULL ****. I bought a FÉNIX 7X Saphire watch Feb 2023 and end of Sept 2023 gave it in at Cape Union Mart Welkom for repairs. After 4 months of waiting the gave me a quote of R4000.00 for a new device that was not supposed to get damaged. They refused to replace. I wouldn't recommend anybody buying a gift from GARMIN. We have a device in my car, I have one and bought my husband a gift. VERY, VERY DISSAPOINTED. I actually feel sick to my stomach.
