garmin Disappointing

My garmin switches on but show's nothinh on the screen. I sended 2 emails to the repair centre for an agents to please call me and tell me where I can go to fix it or get locations to my nearest Garmin repaire centre but no-one called me yet. I can see that we are only important when we can buy Garmin but when we have a problem we are not important. I will buy a other navigator and believe me it won't be a Garmin.
