GARMIN AND RTT

I purchased an item from Garmin online on 9 June 2015. I was called by RTT on Tuesday 9 June indicating delivery on Wednesday 10 June in Cape Town. I received a call from the driver at 5:45pm indicating he still had 3 deliveries to do then he would deliver to me. This is my office address for delivery so not sure they can expect me to still be at the office at 7 pm in the evening. I left the office at 6:45pm and no courier. I received a call from RTT early on 11 June at 8am saying that I was not at the address the day before and they could not deliver (fancy that) and that they would deliver on 11 June after 2 pm. I left the office at 6pm on 11 June and no courier. I tried to call RTT but the phone just rings and rings? Garmin confirmed at 9am on 12 June that someone from RTT would contact me and arrange for delivery - this did not happen. For 3 days now I have had to deal with these idiots and no delivery of my Garmin product.<br> <br> Next time I will rather buy a Polar bike computer as I will not have this run around with their spares as these are available everywhere
