Garmin after sale service

Wish there was a minus one star.

Garmin is absolutely ridiculous is after sale service. Bought a watch, after three months the battery started dying within an hour. Requested a repair from Garmin Rosebank as my watch should still be under warranty. As it turned out my warranty is void as I had a little bump and it caused a small chip on the screen and now they refuse to fix the battery.

Asked them to replace the screen to avoid voiding my warranty and it was said that garmin aren’t fixing anything on watches they only replace the unit.

So it is fine for them sell a watch with a battery that only lasts for three months, but when there is a small chip on the screen they can happily refuse to fix anything as the warranty is voided
