Garmin 245 connection problems

If you are in the market for a smart watch do your research properly. I had a Garmin 910 for 4 years no problems, seems like the new 45 range have some connections issues.

I am an ultra runner and stats fascinate me. The 245 was my answer as to affordability and battery life. However the watch started disconnecting from my phone just after the warranty period.

After taking the watch to Garmin for assessment they advised it cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. I have hardly enjoyed this watch with very few runs.

I am still busy with mails up and down as there phone lines are non existing. They just pull up their shoulders and advised I need to replace the unit at my cost.

Just feel the support and product is not worth the money.
