I’ve been struggling to get a replacement strap from you guys for over 2 weeks now. It’s either you don’t reply to my query on fb and Twitter or you refer me to your technical team. I’ve done everything you said i need to do but i still haven’t received any sort of communication from you. You really havy ****ty service. Your UK friends were eager to help but because i live im SA they’ve referred me back to you. All i need is a replacement strap for my forerunner 35 it’s not complicated but you are making it complicated. Oh and by the way this is not a query its a complaint seeing as you don’t know the difference. GET THIS SORTED ASAP
