i ordered 2x watches for my wife's bday in Nov 2021. i slept late and had to get it from joburg to ct within 24hours. sandy and her team cleared my payment and arranged an urgent delivery. they normally take 2-3 days, but as my case were urgent they got everything sorted within 1 hour. excellent!
