Empty delivery promises

On the 11 April I received quote for my watch wich was having battery problem .. an I made payment immediately .

It took them. 7 days to send me the payment invoice wich I didn't have problem ...

The problem comes when they have to deliver the watch .their courier wich is RTT return my watch back to warehouse without notifying me if they are outside or not an this happen twice an 2nd day wich was Tuesday I took day off so that they will find me at home again wen I check the status at RTT website it says they returned again my parcel.. I hate wasted my entire day ..

I made call to RTT an garmin an they promise it wil delivered on Tuesday an again I made a call on Tuesday with courier company which they promise to come bk to me an they didn't now ...

Please Garmin fix ur courier
