Don't buy Tacx/Garmin Smart trainers

I use a Tacx product which worked well before Garmin took over Tacx. With the takeover Garmin instructed users to merge their accounts (Tacx and Garmin Connect) into one account. This I have done correctly, but when exercising on the Tacx platforms, the data does not pull through to Garmin Connect and neither to Strava.

When phoning the Help Centre, I hang on for 5-10 min with no answer. I have written and explained to the Help Centre in 5 e-mails the issue and they don't understand, don't help and can't help, it seems.

I have indicated that I will phone at my expense, just to be able to speak to a person that can help. Asked them to escalate the problem. But nothing happens.

It is just such a pathetic situation. Never a Garmin or Tacx product in my live. To all the Tacx users or any Tacx smart trainer users, move to Wahoo Kickr, PLEASE don't waste time on Tacx/Garmin.
