DISAPPOINTING GARMIN SOLAR2X DOES NOT MEET COMMITMENT

I bought my Garmin Solar X2 watch in May 2024 for all the features and especially the battery life and solar function.

The watch has not kept to the Garmin commitment.

Initially the watch was only charged after a month to 40 days and now, for the last two months, I have to charge the watch at least once a week. Also the solar does not really work as it may charge 2% only in an hour? This is very disappointing and definitely does not meet my expectations.

I logged a complaint on the 12 January 2024 and hoping for a response.
