Disappointed and saddened with the lack of service delivery.

I bought the Garmin Forerunner 165 as I could not afford the 165 Music. Two days later I managed to get a sponsor as they wanted to help me with necessities for the Comrades. I tried to go back to ask if I could upgrade to the 165 Music and pay in the extra R1k but was told "NO". Something about the watch already programmed..
