Did it happen to you?

Arriving at destination on your left, or... recalculating or better yet, when safe-make a U-turn...<br> <br> I am sure, if you have that little Garmin Voice in your car, you've heard at least one of the abovementioned.<br> My problem however, arriving at your destination on your left - in the middle of no-where.<br> <br> So what do you do? Well, for starters, revert to the internet to Garmin's site. Out comes the old faithful plastic credit card, and bang, goes an amount of R 849.00 for map updates for life... you get an e-mail with a link to follow and low and behold... Your maps are up to date... Really?! a 2007 model Nuvi does not need updating, or hey, it tells you your maps are up to date... Well then, lets have a look and see... in an ever changing South Africa, after paying R 849.00 for updates, surely it must find Mbombela...<br> You've guessed it... NO...<br> So I went to track my order (Which by the way was said to be \Downloadable\") it says in progress... REALLY NOW? Then if you want to contact Customer Support, it gives you an American number and a Canadian one, and when you click on e-mail us, it gives you a HTTP 404 error...<br> So I am lost, in more than one way AND conned out of R 849.00"
