Dashcam 10 - Suction cup sucks!

I bought a Garmin Dash Cam 10, paying a high price based on a good brand, a mere R2300. The suction cup does not stick to the window. The price of a new suction cup: R200,00. (Maybe it works, maybe, for a while.)<br> It's not dissimilar to buying a vaccine with a dedicated syringe, but the syringe is faulty. I cannot use the item, it's valueless to me.<br> Who do I contact for a refund, or is that part excluded from the Garmin experience? It seems Garmin does not respond to Hello Peter complaints. I wish I knew this before making a purchase.<br>
