Bad Garmin after service

I gave my garmin fish finder in for repairs at Mias Benoni in Feb 2014. They gave it to a Dawie that took it to Garmin for a quote. The quote came after a few months but it was a crazy amount to have it repaired so I reject it and asked them to send my fish finder back as is. After two years I am still waiting for it. The following people is involved in this matter but no one can give me a answer. Mohammed from Mias, Johan de Bruyn from garmin, Ibraheem Mayet from garmin, David Tait from garmin. I will never ever buy any garmin product if this is the type of after service that a world class company provides
