Absolutely brilliant service

I went and deleted the maps off my Garmin GPS device as I loaded a different map set (not from Garmin). First time I tried to find an address I was unsuccessful. I could not reinstall the old CDs as it was GarMap which was discontinued some time ago. Got hold of Ibraheem Mayet at Garmin Customer Services. Absolutely to the point - right questions for him to get more info, right way ahead and all in basically no time at all. Definitely a credit to Garmin.
