I have bought a pair of jeans on the 21st of April and haven't delivered my parcel, I tried communicating with them via email but they don't respond and I even tried to DM them on their Instagram page instead they blocked me. Their website is www.garmenticsa.com and their Instagram handle is garmenticsa. Please assist me. My bank statement shows that the payment was received by RETRO GLOBAL ENTERPRISES PTY LTD which is linked to them.
