Staff member stole my cellphone

I would like to report theft of a staff member in the underwear department ,a worker stole my phone instore in my pocket and when I reported to the Manager to search instead She covered for her,i am not happy with their behaviour they are *****s and the Manager covers for them ,I suspect that they all work together
