Bad Bad Service and food

Went to buy 2 Rib burgers, 1 Ham and cheese toasty and Medium Chips for takeaway. Waited 30 + minutes for our food and saw people come and go ordering and going after us. Service is slow and food is bad. Burger buns were hard and we got normal beef patties instead of rib patties and buy the toasty was stone cold and we asked for salt and vinigar on chips but did not get any. I will not advice this place to anyone.
