PATHETIC GARDMED!!! *****ING FROM HELPLESS SICK PATIENTS. SIES!!!

On the 16 July 2018 I went to Dr Ntsane rooms in Uitenhage because I was really really sick I couldn't even breathe properly. He immediately referred me to Greenacres Hospital and called Gardmed Emergency Services. After taking over 45 minutes to get there, the eventually arrived. I was loaded into the ambulance and I was feeling very cold I sent my aunt to bring me my Levi's denim jacket I had on before and she brought it to the ambulance but I didnt dear it I just covered the top part of my body and arms while the short coloured guy attended to me. We got to the hospital and the jacket got left behind in the ambulance, after I was discharged a week later from the hospital I called Gardmed Uitenhage on more that 6 occassions to enquire about my jacket and they kept on giving me the rin-around saying they will give me a call back which they never did. Instead a very rude guy Barry told me that they don't know where my jacket is and i can go to the papers and social media if I want. I then resorted to calling their Head Office in PE and I was referred to a very arrogant Operations Manager by the name of Craig who also asked me to tell him the names of the guys who were on shift that day and I told him that I don't work for Gardmed, how am I supposed to know their shifts? He also have the famous "I will cally you back" which he of course never did. I just called him again now and as Gardmed staff was trained, (I assume) he was so rude and arrogant and told me that there is no jacket of mine there he asked those guys and they don't know where it is.

I didn't know that you guys pray on the sick patients belongings and ***** them because what happened to my jacket was *****ING because I was in a vulnerable position of being sick and you guys saw an opportunity to ***** and you do that because you've got a Head Office management staff that supports that habit. I just want you guys to know that no family, friend or even acquaintance of mine will ever use your services again. This will be the last time that you ***** from a patient again.
