disgusting, unprofessional, unfriendly service

I have stopped buying from the Garden shop, fact is every time I buy plants and or even a stump the plants don't last and stump even had termites,,, the attached pictures of plants that I bought from them, when I planted them they started to go brown, I informed the Garden shop of this, they said carry on and see if the turn green and survive if they don't last we will refund you your money,,,four months later.. to say the least they never lasted, and the Garden shop even made an arrangement to see me which they claim they did come out on the day but got lost! the manager Joan even said no worries we will refund or replace, and when it came the crunch they used every excuse in the book to not refund or replace,,, saying that it is out of the exchange period or refund period of 30 days,,,not sure if they would refund in any case..
