Gardens Towning Company stole my sparewheel and hub cap

Gardens Towing based in 36 Neptune Street, Paarden Island, Cape Town are *******. I was involved in an accident in January, they towed my car and I completed a form which marked all my belongings that were left in my car. My car was taken to a panel Beater for repairs, when I went to collect my car, the panel beater informed me that my car came to them from Gardens Towing company without my sparewheel and hub cap. After numerous attempts trying to get Gardens Towing to replace my missing items, they have been giving me the runaround until today.

I have constantly been following up as they never keep me updated. My plea to Santam (my insurance who uses them as a vendor) is to never ever refer your clients to Gardens Towing Company, they are total *******s!
