Parking fees ****

<p>The parking fees machine returned my change R2 short - R2 less than it said it returned. (Was supposed to return R13 but returned R11.)</p> <p>At the same time the identical thing happened to the lady using the machine next to mine.</p> <p>I buzzed and was told where to go to collect the missing R2. Unfortunately this would have involved queuing for the lift (I had to take my trolly with), and queing at the help desk (i could see the queue). Obviously they bank on people not bothering and they score R2 every time. This is clearly an intentional ****, that it happened to both of us at the same time using different machines, at an extremely busy time (Sunday mid-day).</p>
