Growth Point Properties shady business practice

Gardens Centre does support local artisans or SME's as they invited us to attend a Festive season market that was to start on 17 December to 22 December 2019. Contracts were signed arrangements were made and so was product for the duration of the market. Due diligence was not followed and the permanent tenants then complained and asked to have us all removed as they saw us as competitors because of product selection. We all turned down other markets so that we can attend this Festive market hosted at Gardens Centre. We traded the whole day on 17th December 2019 to be told at 6pm we need to pack up our stock and vacate the premises as its been decided by management that we are no longer welcome to sell our products. This centre is owned by Growth Point Properties and I would like to know if this is acceptable business practice? I do feel that entrepreneurs should be made aware of the unfair business practice. Who pays for the cost of my stock? Who pays for my time in making the stock? My petrol? My time sitting the whole day at the popup? The loss of income in the peak season ? The loss of other opportunities that I turned down to attend your festive Christmas market?
