Shocking service. No service and or product delivered. Refuses to refund money.

I have never experienced worse communication and service from a small business owner in any industry. It has been shocking!!!

After many promises that the wood trellises I paid for IN FULL was finished and ready to be installed I still, after 7 months, don't have any of the products delivered or installed.

More than this, having requested a refund due to shocking service and communications, I have been **** to again and again that a refund will be done. I was, when again asking about my refund, that the owner would speak to his legal representative should I actually share a review of his services. The argumentative attitude and blatant lack of intent to try and remedy the situation is as bad and ********* business I have ever encountered.

I am owed money for a service and product I did not receive and, having a full breakdown of every single piece of communication since the start of this transaction, the only way to settle this is to take matters further and go the legal route.

The service and communication has been absolutely shocking and the attitude from the owner as bad and argumentative as I have ever experience.
