Absolutely shocking!

This company does not do what you pay them to do. And when confronted with their service they refuse to fix it and refuse a refund. The person in question did not bargain on the client getting on the roof to have a look at the work done, which was paid for... The roof had only one layer and was very poorly done. Absolutely shocking! Terribly unprofessional!!
