Very unprofessional

Title: Very dissatisfied My friend made a purchase more than a month ago, made a payment aswell, still haven't received her order. They are ignoring her messages and phone calls. When they do reply there are always excuses for her order not being delivered. It's so disappointing and sad because it was a special gift for her husband for our wedding.. Won't trust them
