WORST GARDEN OF LIGHTS AT - Christmas Brilliance

It was overbooked, some people couldn't even get into the park as they closed the gates on Friday night. The display of lights that were promised weren't there are all. Very long queues for food/drink stalls or they ran out of supplies. Saturday the FB page was removed as everybody was complaining about it and again they made empty promises to more people! I just want a refund for a package of R750! I emailed and called but no answer!!
