Underwhelming

Stood in a 2 hour Q, only to see really low budget light decoration. There was no sense of order.

These ******** have no taken down their Facebook page, yet I have friends who have planned to attend today, but how do they get into contact with the organisers for a refund if they’re not answering calls?

The images on their website was full of lies. I was looking forward to seeing really amazing interactive lights and high-class product, only to be disappointed with lower grade materials and basic decor.

Not to mention, that the power went out for 10 minutes while my friends and I were stuck in a claustrophobic maze with angry people in the dark.

Just poor events organisation. Please don’t waste your time.
