Horrific experience. Do not be fooled by images.

What a horrific experience this was. Extremely poor planning from the organizers. The lines were so long for everything.!!! My sister stood in one of the food stall lines for more than 2 hours to get to the front and was told that they are out of stock. Myself and my family did not even get to see the lights as the line to go in was so long. It was insane. Some people stood in the line for almost three hours just to go in and see the lights which from what I heard was very poor lighting etc falsely advertised. The whole event was just so bad. I demand a full refund!!! This n people needs to be investigated.
