Hilariously Bad Event! A Joke to Tell Friends For Years to Come!

Four hour wait in the sun and wind to get in (clearly they sold way more tickets than what the venue could hold), once inside the pace was so slow we moved two steps a minute. Again, due to overselling of tickets. Eventually when we saw the displays they were alright but nothing special. And there were only 5 things to see. So what we actually saw after a four hour wait was over after just seeing a reindeer, a teddy bear, an egg looking thing, a kangaroo and some odd plastic flower things. Then suddenly we were at the exit. Furthermore, only 3 food vendors who also had massive queues and were sold out fast, toilets were hectic and there was nothing else to do. Saturday was just hours of standing in a line! And the staff had to even work over time (event was supposed to finish at 22:00 but after 4 hours we only made it through the gate at 22:13) and the poor staff who work there also just have to work late thanks to the poor organising. Are they gonna get overtime? Don't think so! Walk ways were totally dark (yes at a light festival) so there was constant risk of tripping that i was nervously watching the ground the whole time to make sure my wife and I were okay. Oh and parking was a nightmare. So here's the summary:

Main Event (the lights themselves): A hilarious 1 out of 5 Waiting Time to Enter: 0 out of 5 (they intentionally planned it as a bottleneck instead of spreading the event out so its guaranteed to be slow) Access to Food and Facilities: 0 out of 5

I feel so so sorry for the families with kids because this event was disgusting. My wife and i are so angry that we got ****med like this I can only imagine what it must feel like if you paid for your whole family and got this experience. What a joke! Never going to this sort of thing ever again
