Festival of lights accountability

For allowing David Huni to ******* thousands of Capetonians and put the lives of children at risk. The Festival of lights at Jan Marais park was a disgrace. No lights, not enough toilets, no access to water, one cooldrink vendor, lack of security and marshals, false advertising of light show, etc. The list just goes on..........
