Good Day

I bought tickets for the Saturday show (today). Extremely dissatisfied as I took a package of 10 and an additional one(full group of kids). Been there since 15:00, however, the kids could still not go in to see the light show at 19:00. Waited till 21:00 in wind with a group of 10 kids. And was forced to leave as it was the most horrible experience ever.

I feel this was total waste of time and money. And it was not a fair as I've paid upfront for a show that no one could not even see.

Totally unacceptable that the organizers suddenly removed their profiles and blocked people that informed them of the issues.

This was a total ****.

I feel it's only fair to be refunded to people that booked and could not get in.
